What do the coordinates on the products represent?
The coordinates represent a real location on Earth .
It could be a city, a special place, or a specific spot that has meaning to you.
Each piece is created to tell a place and a personal story .
How can I find the coordinates of a location?
You can easily find the coordinates using Google Maps .
- Search for the desired location
- Right-click on the point on the map
- Copy latitude and longitude
You can then use those coordinates in the product.
Are the products customized?
GaiaCoords products are made to order upon request.
This means that the garment is only produced when it is purchased , avoiding waste and overproduction.
Will the product I receive be identical to the pictures?
We do our best to represent colors and details accurately.
Please note, however, that slight variations in color may occur due to your screen settings or the device you are using.
How do I choose the right size?
To avoid mistakes, we recommend consulting the size guide on the product page before purchasing.
Compare the measurements with an item you already own: this is the most reliable method for choosing correctly.
Orders and shipments
When will my order be produced?
All products are made only after order confirmation by our manufacturing partner.
Estimated production time: 2–7 business days
How long does delivery take?
After production, the product is shipped.
Estimated delivery time in Europe: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier or time of year.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can track your shipment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Because products are made to order, orders go into production quickly .
For any changes, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after purchase.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Returns, refunds and problems
Can I return a product?
GaiaCoords products are made to order (print on demand) . For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal due to changes of mind.
In which cases is it possible to obtain a refund or replacement?
We accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
- defective product
- printing error
- item damaged during shipping
- item different from the one ordered
How can I report a problem?
If you encounter a problem:
- write to us within 30 days of delivery
- include order number
- attach clear photos of the problem

Do I have to return the defective product?
In most cases , it is not necessary to return the product . After verification, we will be able to offer:
- a free reprint
- or a full or partial refund
In which cases are refunds not provided?
We cannot offer refunds for:
- rethinking
- mistake in choosing the size
- damage caused by improper use of the product
What happens if I enter an incorrect address?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
In case of incorrect address or failure to collect the package, a new shipment will be charged to the customer .
